These past four months have completely flown by!
Whilst we had to take a little step back from the newsletter, we definitely didn't take a step back from the community.
If you've been following our LinkedIn, you've already seen that we've been able to do some amazing things so far this year, from hosting our very first International Women's Day event to showing up for our community partners, all whilst working away behind the scenes to spotlight this community. 👀
As we look forward to celebrating five years of this community this summer, RecFest - the UK’s largest Talent Acquisition event - is keeping the momentum going. And for this one, we're taking it big as an official media partner! 🧡

Five years of building, five years of growing, and a spotlight that belongs to all of us! 🧡🎟️
This milestone is a testament to every single conversation, every connection made in a tough market, and every ounce of support you’ve poured into the Black Recruiters Network over the last five years.
To celebrate our 5th anniversary as a community, we are doing something we have never done before.
On July 2nd, 2026, we are heading to RecFest 2026 at Knebworth as an Official Media Partner!

What That Means For Our Community:
Our Own Dedicated Stand (Stand 34!): If you're heading down to the festival, come and find us!
We will have a dedicated stand in the middle of all the action. A space where we get to connect, catch up, and talk to you all in person, while proudly sharing exactly what our community is all about with the wider TA industry.The BRN Panel Session (10:00 AM): Set your alarms early! We will be hosting our very own panel session at 10 am, where we’ll be diving deep into all things Employer Branding.
Supporting Our Members: The expertise within BRN is being showcased everywhere this year.
Beyond our main session, a number of our incredible community members will be getting involved in various stages across the day. We are showing up to cheer them on and amplify their voice.
